In recent years, this area of the seaside resort of Lozenets has emerged as a prestigious area for beaching and living, given the extensive sandy stretch of the Central Beach and several luxury buildings, for example, the Belle Époque Beach Residence, that has been built next door. The plot has an area of 4431 sq.m. and occupies a strip with frontage on the beachfront, with a length of about 70 meters, with the last 1/3 of the plot passing on the second line behind the existing residential building. The property has frontal sea views over the beautiful bay of Lozenets and the picturesque rocky Ambelits Cape.

All necessary infrastructure including electricity, water and sewerage is laid to the borders of the plot. The plot does NOT fall within the 500-meter zone around Coral Beach, in which construction is not allowed.

Currently, the plot has the status of agricultural land, but documents have already been submitted to change the intended purpose of the plot for development, with the proposed development parameters:

  • Maximum intensity coefficient - 0.5;
  • Height - 5.5 metres.
