The price includes: full equipment, all utilities, such as electricity, water, heating, internet, cleaning, printer, water and coffee, as well as management (replenishment of office supplies, repairs, etc. problems).
The flooring is natural parquet, the joinery is PVC, the heating is with central heating and air conditioning, LED lighting, there is an optical and wireless internet connection, as well as access control.
Also included is the use of a small conference room, which is shared with the other 3 IT teams on the floor, dealing with programming, game dev, and developing innovative products.

How to rent the property?
