Payment plan:

• deposit - 2000 Euro;
  
• first installment – 40% of the value of the preliminary contract, after deducting the deposit, within 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
  
• second installment – 25% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the first installment;
  
• third installment – 25% of the value of the preliminary contract within 3 months after the second installment;
  
• fourth installment – 10% of the value of the preliminary contract upon Act 15 or upon signing the notarial deed;
  

The payment scheme is flexible and can be changed according to the client.
